My boyfriend and I came here last night for our 10 year anniversary…I have to say, this experience has made us not want to continue eating meat. The service to begin with just seemed off but the photos I attached are our steaks that we requested to be cooked MEDIUM RARE. My bf had returned his and it came back the same. These are RAW. I don’t mind rare but this was just straight up alive/cold. After they came back with this I asked the waiter “Do you guys even know what medium rare is? This is raw” I also showed him a photo of a medium rare steak on google to compare. I knew he felt bad, it’s not his fault but how are you going to charge $60 for steaks and your kitchen doesn’t even know correct meat temps? That can be a health hazard with how rare that is. I also have been feeling extremely sick and feel like I have food poisoning. I do want to give another star because they basically comped our entire meal which was very nice and a free dessert but I can’t get over serving us a raw s

Had The Privilege of Dining In at the Chophouse Last night 9-19-22 everything was Perfect. The hostess at the door was very polite although I regret not getting her name. And our Server Katelyn was outstanding. I invited my sister to dine with me as as early Birthday Dinner, and Katelyn suggested the 2 person menu and it didn't disappoint I wish I could give more that 5 stars. Every Item on the menu was cooked and served to perfection. They may look like small portions upon table arrival but trust me at the end of your meal you will be satisfied. Also the Blood Orange Sherbet was highly recommended for dessert and words won't do it justice I mean the flavor was outstanding. I would HIGHLY recommended keeping this Deal on the Menu. The choices were easy to choose with the help and knowledge of Katelyn. she was very attentive. And a Special Thanks to Frank, the manager of the Chophouse for taking care of the reservation everything went Smooth, and his attention to detail was on point. S

I decided to wait to review until I cooked my own dry aged ribeye. I just picked up a 1lb dry aged ribeye from Whole Foods today and cooked it in a cast iron skillet. It was melt in the mouth good. Very flavorful. The dry aged ribeye I had here was dry and lacked flavor. However, the drinks were great so i give this place 2 stars. Service was not on par but considering challenges with staffing, I'm neutral in that regard. Overall, not worth it. Would only go back for drinks.
