Miller's Ale House

My favourite Nachos place. They made us to sit to a table where the rain water was dripping through the roof to our table... that's why the 4 star ⭐ Mistake happens...

First time trying one of these chain restaurants and I must say, it was horrible. I understand staffing issues, but tonight was awful. I ordered 2 to go meals. They tasted old and reheated (not a good combo). The person I bought the meal for threw it in the garbage. I guess only way to get food food is if you eat in.

I'm really not a fan of this chain but we went there for lunch. Had the Southwest Steak Salad and it was actually really good. Staff was friendly. Why I am giving this place a 2. The drink gun kept 'falling' out of it's holder and I couldn't figure out where it was going. I saw the bartender reach for it and pour another drink for my colleague to top off her drink. After he placed the gun back in the holder, it popped out again and fell.....into the garbage can. Every time, it was going in the garbage can. Never saw the bartender clean the gun when he went to pour anyone else's drink. Picture attached. Glad I was doing half/half tea and couldn't see where it was being poured from. If I'm invited to go here again, I'm probably going to pass, even if the other person is buying.
