LongHorn Steakhouse

This restaurant has great Staff. HOWEVER the smell of this establishment is AWFUL!!! It’s been like this for a while I could barely sit and enjoy my food due to the horrible odor throughout the restaurant. How could they allow such a busy business to go down bad like this? I end up taking my food with me. The carpet is very DIRTY the smell hits you Soon As you walk in! I know I’m not the only one who feels like this about Longhorn! The employee even said she had to get use to the smell! That’s not fair to your customers or your workers. The entire restaurant needs to be cleaned or new carpet.

The Ribeye was 12oz with sweet potato and shrimp clam chowder. The steak was very tender and the Sweetpotatoe and chowder were hot and delicious. I have a really have a hard time naming another restaurant better. Today I had the Pork chops which were good size bone in tender and fries with Steamed Broccoli very good. The other picture was my brother's Hamburger which was fresh not a patty.

We went early, about 3:45, so it wasn't busy. The service was okay and the food was descent except they really need to lighten up with the seasoning on the steaks. Or at least change up the amounts in the mix. Friend ordered lite seasoning and still had to send it back because it was to peppery. I didn't say lite seasoning but wish I had. All in all, not a bad experience but I have had better.
