This place is so good! I ordered the gyoza for an appetizer which were pretty decent. Then I ordered the Toro (Tuna belly) and my goodness it was delicious! Perfectly slices and so juicy! I also ordered the deep fried Philadelphia roll and the Escondido roll. The Philadelphia roll was pretty decent! Nice crunch and reliable flavor as always! The only thing I didn’t like was the way it was cut on a slant.. this always makes it harder to eat.. The Escondido roll was also pretty good to, the rolls named after the city they are in never fail! Over all a great experience! They consistently filled my water and the servers were very kind! This is a neighborhood gem and I will be back!
Mikko is my go-to sushi place; service and food are always great. The sushi has great flavor and freshness. They have some great fusion dishes like the sushi jalapeños popper that are amazing. The kids meals are amazing! Well priced and the kids leave satisfied, so the whole family can have a nice meal out.
Came here for my lunch break. Not much wait to be seated, which I was glad. I actually ordered for pick up, but we ended dining in. I'm not knowledgeable of ordering sushi. I know I got Philadelphia Rolls, handrolled California roll, and a salmon, but it was cooked. I ordered gyoza as well which were good. We got Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen which was very delicious! Very flavorful, especially the broth! I would have rated it higher, but our server disappeared by the end of our visit.
