Visiting friends in Sarasota, they took us for dinner here. Very popular place; make sure you have reservations! The service and food are very good. I was very impressed with the way they decanted the wine, as you see in the pictures. Overall, it was a great experience. Try it when in town. I absolutely suggest it.
My wife and I had two fantastic dinners here last week. The first was so enjoyable we decided to go again the next night instead of rolling the dice on something new. I had the NY strip and it seemed larger than the listed 14oz. Cooked perfectly and had great flavor, not over-seasoned. The potato croquettes were the perfect side and very filling. I couldn't finish my meal which is uncommon. Second night I had the colony snapper and it was one of the better seafood dishes I've ever had. All the ingredients worked perfectly together. In addition to the great meals are well executed cocktails and an absolute gem for entertainment. Joe on the piano with his great attitude and fantastic voice were the cherry on top. We enjoyed great service in the lounge both Friday and Saturday night from Nikolas and the other bartenders (I am terrible with names). We will absolutely be back again Vegetarian options: They made my wife a vegan pasta dish and also modified another dish to accommodate
We had a great birthday dinner experience at Micheals on East. Our server Phillippe was fantastic - highly attentive and funny. We ordered the Colony Snapper and the Argentina special menu dish (Skirt steak chimichurri). Both were cooked to perfection. Very happy! A wonderful experience. Will return! … More
