Had a great first experience at Mi Casa. Our server provided an excellent customer service. I loved their empanadas! They were delicious! As you can see, only one of them made it to the picture lol. Their drinks are also really good. Ponche de Mi Casa is a must. Very refreshing and tasty!

I wanted to give this place 4 stars but customer service goes a long way and one employee here missed the mark. This place is not cheap but you do get a nice amount of food. The pancakes were good not great and the syrup needs improvement. They were more like “gourmet” style pancakes, not what you might be used too. Somethings you just need to leave alone. Again, they were not bad at all but something was missing. The bacon was delicious and My husband really enjoyed his brisket Tacos. Our waiter was very polite and professional and Made sure we had what we needed to enjoy our meal. The female hostess left much fo be desired. She was not the most pleasant We have encountered that’s for sure. When we initially walked in for an outside table she immediately said she needed us to be done by 1230 because she has a lot of reservations. Okay fine, but we walked in at 1040. Stumbled across Mi Casa for DC restaurant week, and I was most pleasantly surprised. The experience was amazing, but MAJOR kudos and shoutouts to RayJon!!!! #RayJonformanager b/c he was that fantastic. We had empanadas, steak fajitas, the tomato soup of the day, and guac & chips. Everything was delicious! But the service was the cherry on top. If you’re fortunate enough to get RayJon as your server, you’re in for a treat! We’ll be back soon!
