Memories of Peru Pollos A La Brasa Restaurant & Bar

I consider myself a seasoned foodie. There’s no dish I won’t try and I love the experience of the local cuisines of any city I find myself in. I’ve visited the Orlando area at least 20 times over the years. Everything I tried was BY FAR the greatest food I’ve ever had in my life. I knew this the moment the food came in contact with my palate. There was so much complex flavor packed in the tip of my fork that I didn’t know this was even possible. Our server was Diego and I consider him a Prince amongst men. He recommeded we pair the green pasta with the beef portion of their Lomo Saltado dish and it couldn’t have been more perfect. I also had a chicken appetizer that was different but equally majestic in flavor. He also personally made the best Long Island ice tea of all time. I’m still trying to come to terms of whether I dreamt this experience or not.

This place is fantastic. It is absolutely authentic Peruvian food. Everything was unique but still very familiar. I've been waiting to try Peruvian food my whole life and I'm glad I pulled in here with my family. The waiter was very very helpful as he suggested a lot of dishes. I usually post photos but we ate everything so fast I only have pictures of empty bowls. Highly recommended!

This is one of my favorite restaurants! If you want delicious Peruvian food definitely come here! The service is amazing and they are quick to seat you!10/10 recommend
