McDonald's

Absolute trash service and wait times. Constant drive through over flow, over 20 minute wait times on orders. Something is always out of order or don't have it at the moment. Driving out of my way from now on for better service. I will also state this is from 12pm-2am. Breakfast service is perfect.

I went there last night to get a regular cheeseburger and tea. When I got home I had a hamburger bun with Ketchup Mustard Onions Pickles and NO burger on it! How on earth does that happen?!! I won't be going back they've messed up too many of my orders!! I'd rather drive a little further and get what I've ordered!!

Order plain McDouble burger for my son.. Got all the toppings still,went inside to get an exchange and they ignore you till they can't ignore you no more I saw 7 employees that could help me and the other 4 customers in the lobby waiting for who knows how long, but nope employees too busy to help anyone... one was holding a bag,one was holding a burger to put in the bag, one was holding the fries to put in bag and one was looking at the items going in bag and the rest avoing eye contact and walking around to look busy, what a joke 10min later Someone helps me and they gave me the same burger 3x still with the pickles,onions, ketchup on it even tho I kept repeatedly saying "plain McDouble, no pickles,no onions,no ketchup only patties and cheese" Went home with a regular McDouble to throw in the trash Idk who manages the place but I'm sure one of the employees ignoring everyone in the lobby was the manager too
