McDonald's

Waited almost 30 minutes in the lobby for our food and it still wasn’t ready, had to request a refund. This was 7:30 at night on a Thursday, hardly what I would consider a busy time to expect a quick meal.

Went to order was told just a minute then waited and waited other cars was going before me then I got to the window and the Hispanic guy tried to hand the wrong order told him it was the wrong order then he proceeded to argue with me and asked me to move I told no I was not moving cause he was not giving me the right order then as I sat there he threatened to call the police on me cause he didn't want to help at all. Another worker had to prepare my order and give it go me because the first one refused.

Young man at the register took my order. He wasn't rude or polite. That's fine. When I took my food to a table I found the sandwich was missing. When I told him about it he was rude and insisted that he had put it in the bag. Wrong answer dude. Won't be returning to this location for a while
