We had 5 orders they were all cold… fries were not seasoned! Very surprised! If you don’t go during a busy time or at lunch, the food is cold!!! Third time I’ve ordered after lunch… food very EVERY time. Disappointed… I was very hungry too.
Still tasty, but portions have shrunk and they forget sauces. Whenever I place an online order, half of the sauces are forgotten. The portions of the large size sides have seriously shrunken. And the tenders are now smaller and barely breaded
I ordered in drive through. Live 20 minutes away. Once I was home, looked at the wrap and am pretty sure lettuce goes on it… but there was none. Was given a chicken and cheese wrap. And I waited an absurd amount of time just for a smokey cheddar wrap combo in drive through. Then they forgot my cayenne ranch, but was able to tell them I didn’t see it in my bag.
