Props for the manager and staff today 7:30 pm 11/20/2022! The customer at the window was yelling at the manager and the staff! All for what? A receipt? The manager was handing her 2 receipts but customer did not accept them. So she sat there, making us allllll wait in the drive thru for over 25 mins!!! Hopefully she doesn’t get any type of discount or credit for future purchase if she calls to complaint. She does not deserve it! Take the food back, and give her a full refund for her purchase and send her on her way next time. Or call the cops to have her removed. ????????????????????????????????????????My respects for the whole team tonight!!
Absolutely dangerous, having someone reverse into the drive thru while I'm there and threatening to hit me it I didn't move is completely ridiculous. When I told the manager he says there's nothing they can do to prevent, or say anything about it to the customer who tried to cause a car accident. No apology for being scared. Nothing do better with your managers, it should never be dangerous to order a kids meal.
It has been taking longer than average for someone to take my order lately. One lane seems consistent with order taking, but the other has taken a couple of minutes or more to even acknowledge me more than once recently. They should at least acknowledge people and let them know they need a minute or two or close one lane if they don't have someone available to man that line.
