I was just ordering 2 drinks so I went inside. Drive thru was packed...thought it would be quicker. What a joke. And the customer service was not there. If McDonald's didn't have cheap drinks and good iced coffee I'd have no use for them.
They always take too long to come to the speakers to take my order while 3 other people get helped who pulled in after me on the 2nd speaker. Most of the time they are rude and skip the sauces or forget something.
Ordered a HOT caramel macchiato and received an iced one!!! So frustrating! I'm posting because they usually mess my coffee up and I'm done D.O.N.E.!!!!
