Pizza Hut

I wish zero stars was an option. I have NEVER had a problem with this location. I order 2-4 times a month from here. Last night I ordered delivery. It was delivered 45 minutes later than estimated (not that bad, I understand). The pizza was undercooked. It was NOT done. 50% of the middle was still chewy raw dough. I put it in the oven to finish it, which actually ruined it. I tried to call the store, and after listening to a 15 second ad about Pizza Hut (What? I called you, why are you advertising to me?), I chose my option to talk to the store, and was hung up on after 20 seconds. I tried 4 more times. Twice I chose to make an order, and was connected to a call center, not the store. I told them what was happening and they tried to transfer me to the store. The store still hung up on me, before anyone picked up the phone. 5 times I tried. I ended up calling corporate, they took some information and said someone will call me in 1-3 days. This is the worst Pizza Hut location ever. They never answer the phone and I ordered a pizza and waited 2 hours no one ever delivered it and no one would answer the phone for me to cancel it. Just kept hanging up. Whenever I’ve ordered in the past the pizza has been terribly made, too much sauce light cheese and burnt toppings. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Update: someone finally answered after 3 hours turns out they canceled all the orders because the store opener didn’t show up but they didn’t call to tell anyone or offer anything for my troubles.

Christin is newer but her service skills are excellent. She was there through the whole process and all with a smile on her face! I had my kiddo with me and she was so nice and super sweet with her. A+!
