This is NOT for the entire store but for one particular young lady. If you’ve been here through the drive thru around 8 a.m., then you already know who she is. Usually on the first window. She’s not only super sweet, helpful and genuinely kind. She knows her mobile app!!! I hope the lady at the first window gets credit for this. You know who you are. I’m so taken back by your friendliness customer service and your contagious smile. You are genuinely a beautiful person who still cares and provides top notch service EVERY TIME I SEE YOU. I tell you that when I come through. I also thank you. We never really know what one us experiencing. Thank you for your kind vibes!!!

Spend 40 minutes in the drive thru. Received wrong burger. Fries were under cooked. The employees seemed more interested in playing around than working. No in one answered the phone when I called to complain.

I will probably not return to this one. I had a family member in hospital nearby and needed to get a late supper for the rest of the family. I arrived at 10:45 PM and after waiting for 20 mins. to place my order I was told they were not going to be taking any more orders.
