Twice ordered a chocolate ice cream cone, and twice was offered a vanilla and when I asked for chocolate was met with anger and then instead of getting a new 100% chocolate cone, they just cut off the top part of the cone and put chocolate on top, leaving the bottom filled with vanilla. Please read the flavor of the cone before serving it and don’t get mad at the customer for your mistake. Why offer chocolate cones if when they’re ordered you get mad.

Thanks for mixing my coffee and making me wait 15 minutes for a small cup of coffee two cream and two pumps of caramel I ask you guys if you can please stir it for me every time I go there one burrito, one apple pie. There was a bug in the cup I was given, all the straws were wet with the paper crumbling off them, I had to ask twice before receiving a replacement cup, I usually love this location but today I was really disappointed with my experience today.
