Delivery order, after all the fees and tip, was missing two fries, 10 nuggets, and the sauces were wrong. Half our order was missing. And they wouldn’t just deliver the rest; I had to call, get a refund, make another order, and wait again. Why is McDonald’s always like this? Infuriating.
When I placed my order I asked for "super hot fries" and guess what I got? Hand delivered, right out of the fryer, French fries. ❤️❤️❤️ I was having a bad day and this one gesture made a complete 180 for me, and put the biggest smile on my face!!! His name is Sam. ❤️
