Ordered a carne asado bowl to pick up. Got home and the bowl had at least 1/3 cup of liquid, and no carne asado, only a few pieces of chicken. Tried to use app chat to resolve, useless. Tried calling, automated response said no one available to take call. Well, my automated response is to try a different Chipotle, or a another restaurant that can fill a simple order!!!
ordered online take out. was ready early and had everyone i ordered. Had to grab my own fork and napkin despite checking it on the website. The inside didn’t look the cleanest but i was only in there for a minute.
The worst chipotle experience I've ever had, slow workers people standing around while 1 person worked. My brother and I got half meat and the worker gave us a few pieces of each meat. I used to work at Chipotle we should have gotten 4oz we got about 1oz each.
