McDonald's

Ordered from the app today and went to pick up. The food was fresh with the exception of fries (reasoning behind 4 vs 5 stars), the employees were very friendly besides the girl handing out the food in the drive thru and the order was correct (minus the pickles on the sandwiches) and they included all the sauces requested. Very pleased with our experience and will definitely be back.

Wow, the McDonald's at Narcoossee road and 192 has to be the worse ever!! 30 minutes at the drive through. The 3 young ladies at the 1st window were busy discussing their work schedule and when they should get their nails done. That was why i had to repeat my order multiple times. Foolish thought it was the the speaker. Then tried to have me pay for the wrong order, I had to tell them to check the screen again. Once I paid and verified my order was correct on the receipt, I was told to pull forward to the next window. Once there they tried to give to different orders that weren't mine. I showed them my receipt and the girl there had me pull up to the next window and someone would give me my correct order. I waited a good 10 minutes and had to yell for someone multiple times before any one came to the window only to tell me that they were cooking my order and it would be ready in 15 minutes. Whaaaaat????? I asked for a refund and they wanted my card again to which I refused!! I am no

Very modern style McDonald’s. The service had been speedy despite the high volume of cars. It’s a plus there are two drive throughs, and three windows. The customer service had been excellent. My hubby hadn’t had McFlurry in years so I thought I’d bring him an Oreo one. He said it was so so good. Him and I would highly recommended this McDonald’s to anyone especially those looking for a night off of the kitchen.
