McDonald's

They got my order wrong and they refuse to give me a refund when I called and they wouldn’t give me the phone number of the general manager. This location is terrible and has terrible customer service I would stay away or make sure your order is correct before you leave. I also asked for the name of the manager, and she said that she would not give me her name.

Found plastic (attached photos) in one breakfast burrito and god knows what else (something crunchy!) was in my other. This was after I already finished one McMuffin. Gag. After I came back to the window and tried to report it to the manager, she accused me of lying and walked away. While I was waiting 5 minutes for her to come back, the guy behind me in line started cussing and pulled up saying I ruined his morning, and physically threatened me. He tried to get out of his vehicle, saying I "should be beat" or something along those lines. After a few minutes the manager came back just in time so the guy scrammed and I gave her JUST the food back. She also tried taking the evidence, the piece of plastic. So I left immediately after literally out of fear for my own safety. The manager was so rude, she wouldn't even believe me that the plastic came from my burrito. Very disappointed with this location. I feel that this location is very poorly managed and has unclear messaging with their customer We came to this McDonalds' to get the family bundle. Seen a sign that says "use the other door for sidewalk service. Was more than happy to do that. but I got to the other door there is no way to place an order with a call button, or not even a way to get hold of the workers to place your order. so we walk to the drive-thru window to ask about how to place an order with McDonald's since we do not drive and in a very rude way, the worker said you can not place an order if you don't drive. my question is why place a sign on your door that says to use another door. if there is no other door?
