Drive thru service here is terrible. Don’t ask them for any sauces unless you want to be lectured on how they aren’t free and you have to pay for them. Ummm ok I make 100k per year I can afford your 25 cent sauces. They also will make you go park in one of the curbside spaces and wait 5-10 min for your order. Go to the one down the road at the corner of 41 instead. Much better service

For more than two years I've been buying food here and now I can say: this restaurant now has a pretty young lady who manages it very well! Caring about orders, the store looks much cleaner and I see people working ???? Shout out to the new store manager! (11/04/22 evening time)

AWFUL...AWFUL.... AWFUL. 7 people in line.... manager DID notice, but asked that we all use the self-service kiosk yet they kept freezing up and nobody would come help us unfreeze them???? One gentleman wanted to get some sweet and sour sauce for his nuggets and when he asked for assistance a voice from over by the grill yelled "no speak English?"... I am a 20 yr. Hospitality worker and I wouldn't return to a location so poorly managed.????????????????
