I stopped to pick up 3 cokes! I waited 10 min for them to hand them out to me. The guy came to the window 3 times and never handed them out. I eventually opened the window myself and had to get someones attention to hand them to me. it seems like they care more about hanging out and chatting rather then work. Also they seem to forget something from my order more times then they get it right. Definitely frustrating! Hope it gets better!

Every night I come down here the lines are just sitting here not moving and idk if there's even orders being takin. I've seen this happen many many times .. took me about 20 minutes to get up to take my order. But this happens every night just about. It's ridiculous. Idk why this did store is so terrible at night. It needs to be fixed.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I ordered my meal and me and my kids had sat down to eat a meal. There were straws and cups all over on a bunch of tables. We use the kiosk machine so when, using it, they ask you to grab a table number. When the food was done, they called out the table number the table number states on it that they will bring you your food your table I asked the girl that gave me the food why she didn’t bring it to the table The lady says we dont do that here and the whole time we were eating I could hear her in the kitchen, talking to her coworkers bad mouthing me, because I asked her a question about it. Inside of the play area it was lots of straws on the ground, were you get your drinks? There was straws wrappers and cup lids i”and napkins all over the place. I use the restroom. There is a big roll of toilet paper on the sink and it was really wet there was napkins all over the bathroom and there was no toilet paper in the toilet paper roll dispenser. cle
