McDonald's

Like this mc Donald's. I don't care much about McDonald's, but this place i liked. Clean, the staff is awesome,fun, and helpful. Like seeing old friends. Everything fresh and hot. We'll be back.making a special stop for this place.

I went to this McDonald's with my daughter, my friend and her 2 kids. It was about 6ish. Took forever to get my order. I placed my order 5 minutes before my friend and she somehow got her order before me. When I finally got my order, they didn't give my 2nd cheeseburger in my 2 cheeseburger meal. Took 10 minutes to get it. Probably still wouldn't have it if (im assuming qas) the store manager didn't step in and get it for me. Took another 5 after that to get our cups. It was absolutely mess.

Summary: If I could give zero stars, I would. The list of issues is as follows: Raw burger. Missing items, TWICE. Trying to give us the wrong order, TWICE. Trying to give our order to the wrong people. Drive through staff are poorly trained. The list could continue, but those are the main points. Ok, now we'll go ahead and give a thorough run down gettin the beginning. We pull up to the drive through with an incomplete order on the screen. Can't see the menu so we try to talk to the drive through attendant to reset the screen. It takes several minutes to for her to respond and clear the screen. Ok, no biggie. We order our food and drive around. We pull around and pay at the first window, get our receipt, then pull up to the second window to get our food. As soon as we pull up to the second window, this lady is trying to hand us soft serve ice cream cones that we didn't even order. After we tell her we didn't order the ice cream she turns back inside and drops them on the floor. We info
