Always check your bag here. I've gone home with the wrong order at least twice. Both those times I had gone through the drive thru and they had me pull over into a parking lot and wait at least 10 minutes. The employee at the window was literally dancing and didn't tell me what was going on until he finally told me to pull over ahead. Also, (like most McDonald's), the McFlurry machine is never working. Better off at Wendy's or Cookout.

The WORST McDonald’s in Richmond, literally. I’ve never experienced anything like it! Lady taking the order talks over you while ordering then asks you to repeat your order. I repeated my order 3 times. For that reason I waited to see my final order on the screen before pulling up to the window…… paid for my food, got to the second window for the next person to tell me they were out of cookies even tho I just paid for them. I tell her to just refund me for the cookies then the “manager” comes to the window with an attitude and some how they magically have cookies now. Ok so I’m not finished.. I’m still sitting at the window because all of my order was not given to me. The “manager” opens the window given me a look like “why you still here?” I tell her I’m still waiting on my SIX PIECE NUGGET, FRY, & SPRITE that I ordered. She turns around and asks did I have another meal & a different employee says the FIRST lady that took my order removed it!!!!!! LOL. For the life of me I don’t under

Always check your bag! Went late night and of course food was perfect after a couple drinks. I would just suggest that they take better care of their employees and make sure they have enough staff. Maybe training on qhat to do when there isn't enough staff!
