McDonald's

Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The food is regularly room temperature and over cooked, they're constantly out of items (multiple times they've been out of all soda and burgers), the service is incredibly slow (regularly waiting 10+ minutes after ordering, drive-thru is usually a 20-minute ordeal), some of the staff are very rude (some incredibly nice too, to be fair), and they always charge you for a large drink even if you ordered a medium (which is essentially theft). They have gotten orders wrong more than I've ever seen a fast food place do previously. Avoid this place, save yourself the headache, just go literally anywhere else.

The service was terrible. My order was wrong. I went in to speak to someone, no one was at the register. I had two employees walk past me and not even attempt to ask what was needed. Many people stood in the lobby unattended. The workers seemed to not care about anyone in the building, or getting the orders out correctly. Don't hit this one, find one closer.

I genuinely wish I had a refund. Being 3rd in lobby line took 10 minutes before getting my order taken. Had to repeat my order because cashier was not listening. Order came out fast, but was so cold, dry, and pathetic. I also had to go back in because my bottled beverage was also forgotten, of course. No apology, nothing...just handed my beverage in silence. What a rip-off for $9! I understand the restaurant is probably understaffed, but better employees who "give a d*mn" would definitely improve things. At least I got 11 napkins.
