Ho Ho Restaurant

1 star because the food is good... but Rudeness and Unprofessionalism is not a fair trade for good food. The young girl in front has a very poor attitude. Zero customer service. I really don't care how long you've been in business, how successful you are or where you are located (the hood)... your customers are your bread and butter. They literally feed you. So there is no right to be disrespectful to them. Oh well, guess thats something Ho Hos takes for granted. I wont be back, and this review may not put a dent in their wallet but theres no way i am returning to a place who clearly doesnt appreciate my business. Shame on you. Smh. Mph mph mph... This place use to taste so good,but now I'm so disappointed. First I thought it might be just which cook it is now I realized this place is crooked. They use old lomein that people order and didn't pick up and basically recooked it . All the noodles is broken and it taste burnt and over greasy. I gave it to many changes before I gave this review. But now I have to find another place that don't try to play their customer. Smh

I give it one star NOT because of the taste of the food BUT for the bad customer service and the fact that it says No-Contact Delivery but every time we call them, they're not doing delivery. Just put the little red X by the Delivery option on your website then! We had to go pick our food up instead. And when we got there, it was a ghost town. We had to call out for someone to come to the front. The food was actually good BUT I'm going to find an establishment that actually delivers. I can imagine the business they lose just because they don't deliver.
