McDonald's

This place has staff that are so rude. I just left today which is 9/14/2022 at 3:30pm. The worker there at this time were rude rolling their eyes at a woman who u can tell had dimentia asking silly questions that she didn’t need them to act the way they did with her. The guy who took my order couldn’t even count change the woman before me had. I ordered and canceled my order because another worker said my deal on the McDonald’s app didn’t work for what I ordered. It clearly said buy one burger get another free. I love McDonald’s but not throw spot

I usually have a pretty good experience coming here. I am writing this review because I want to inform anyone reading that recently they’ve started to limit the amount of sauces they provide for orders. I even asked if I can pay for extra sauces but that is not allowed. The two sauces I did order for my meal was barbecue, but I got 1 barbecue and 1 Sweet and Sour instead. So verify everything is correct before driving off. Aside from that, the food did turn out pretty good and the employees who helped me in the drive thru were respectful.

Went through the drive thru and was told to go park. I waited just over forty minutes for our food. Such horrible service and ZERO accountability from the store. When I brought it up 2 employees they chuckled like it was funny that wait 40 mins. On top of that we didn’t get the right order!! It was very upsetting. Shame on you McD’s.
