Alberto's Mexican Food

This place is SO GOOD!! THEY ACTUALLY HAVE HUGE BURRITOS!! Highly recommend. Hard to find an Albertsons that gives Huge burritos instead of a taco burrito.

I used to come here almost once a week for their food. It used to be so clean and well prepared, I considered this chain to be the best among all the other Alberto's restaurants but now the tables have turned... I recently visited and I was bestowed with a horrible stomachache and nausea followed by repeated trips to the restroom. I am beyond disappointed at what this restaurants quality has become. Hopefully this post will help them improve for future customers.

When I asked for rolled tacos (taquitos) they informed me they were out of chicken and that they only had beef, I said no thank (I don’t eat beef) and you could hear him audibly sigh through the speaker. I then asked for sopes with more beans instead of the beef and the man on the speaker just says “okay pull forward” and when I asked for him to repeat the whole order he read it so fast I could barely understand him, and he didn’t even add my sopes order! I then told him I wanted the sopes just with beans instead of beef and all he said was “pull forward please” and then I proceeded to sit in the line for 45 minutes!!! My order wasn’t even right ! SO disappointed with how Alberto’s has gone down hill.
