If I could give a 0 star I would. These people are incompetent. Originally I got someone else’s order. Went in and swapped it out for mine. Ordered a nugget happy meal and got a nugget box full of Big Mac sauce.
I don’t mind waiting for my food but it needs to cooked and hot. My burger was even cooked through and the fries were lukewarm at best. They more than likely had the fries I. The bag waiting on the burgers and so they cooled off. Tip …. Pack the fries after receiving the burgers and make sure they are hot. Disappointing to say the least.
This is the worst McDonald's in the brand. Every single time, no sauces for nuggets, request no onions and get extra, no straw. I wish the manager held staff accountable, will drive further for America's favorite fast food chain. Avoid unless your on the brink of starvation.
