McDonald's

Being a local customer almost every day .In the past this McDonald's has been garbage, very unorganized, wrong orders but as of recently this place is really turned around and his impressed me with its service, respectful attitude, and enlightened atmosphere. I think there's a big thanks to one of the supervisors his name is Thomas and he is extremely helpful and very fast and efficient and what he does he definitely deserves a raise or a regional manager's position to show and teach others how to properly serve clients. I have no affiliation or nor do I know Thomas but every time I have been there he has taken charge and dones an outstanding, job stress-free in a very efficient manner.

1. Chicken McDuggets for kids, with Sweet & Sour sauce requested, got Ranch instead, kids unhappy. 2. Big Mac patties very well done (couldn't chew it) and sandwich was COLD. 3. Ordered three apple pies, got three Strawberry and Cream pies in Apple pie boxes. 4. Never mind calling to let manager know about mistakes, they don't answer the phone there. Skip this place !!!!

Out of ketchup, coffee was watery and there was barely any ice in my drink so I don’t know how that was possible. Long lines. Literally sat in line for 35 minutes. Dirty ordering screens were observed from the drive thru window. No napkins in my bag with my order and I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes and none of the condiments were in my bag. The has brown was thrown at the bottom of the bag where the grease was spilling through. Horrible experience hoping next time I pass through it’s better.
