McDonald's

5 times now I have gone to this location with a mobile order for two people. Today it was a 2 cheeseburger combo and a double quarter pounder combo. I was the only car in the drive thru and one of maybe 3 cars total in the parking lot. They asked me to pull forward to one of their drive thru parking spots so I obliged and parked at number 1 which is on the curb. I proceeded to watch 10 other cars show up and leave before I saw I'd been waiting over half an hour then I went inside to see what may be the problem. They left my food on the counter just sitting there because they "couldn't find my car" when there were no other cars in the other parking spots for drive thru. No one came out to look they just lazily put my food on the counter and now my wife's food and my own are cold. I'm done with this location. This has happened 5 times now, and it's ridiculous.

Well I made a mobile order on the app. The order went through and about 7min later they came out with my food and drinks. It turns out I should have checked my order... I thought doing the curbside thing would be better... They did not provide the 2 apple pies and 2 strawberry creme pies that I ordered and paid for... That and our different orders of fries were soggy and old. My large fry had so many small reject fries in it. Oh and I tried to call the restaurant but the phone number rings a fax number. As of 10/9/22 they still have not contacted me about charging me food that I did NOT receive!

I’m trying not to be too mean. But seriously I know you guys are trying to be fast but come on. Ordered 4 hot and spicy none of the and I mean none had the mayo sauce. More attention would be greatly appreciated???? o mean it’s your job ????????‍♀️
