First time ordering from them and they did not disappoint. Super fast delivery and great food. One less star for charging 75 cents for a tiny extra pizza dipping sauce, but overall no huge complaints.

The quality of the food is perfectly fine. However, it’s a lack of service and it’s unfortunate that they are understaffed. This poor young man was running around the restaurant as acting manager, maybe even a store manager, being pulled in many different directions because other employees didn’t know what to do. I don’t know if it was just because they were understaffed or if the employees are not trained, but he definitely could’ve used some help. There were many unhappy customers, calling in because they had been waiting for over two hours for delivery. I called in myself, to change from delivery to pick up, because of the delay. This Store needs help.

Only lost a star because the first time in forever we went with them over Barrows they had computer issues and wasted our time and got the order wrong. To be fair I took without looking but I was already mad about my time being waster. They did comp us a redu on our order and the cheesy bread was OK. General impression. Doesn't seem as good as when I was a kid. It is good. But if not for the garlic sauce I don't think they are higher quality than Little Ceasars. Barrows is better quality. My 4 star rating is the overall. I didn't expect amazing but they came through when they made a mistake and it was edible pizza.
