I remember that there was a phone number on the drive thru window for the manager or franchise owner and when I am back that way I will call it not because I am a Karen but because an employee tried giving me anaphylaxis. I asked for no pickles no onions and they repeated it back to me so I know they heard me. I got home and saw this. I have a food handlers permit as well and I know the training explains the potentially fatal consequences of this pettiness (I didn't mean to be rude if I was and genuinely had no idea I had upset staff or would have apologized). Either the employee working the drive thru window between 12:30-1:30 today (I didn't look at the clock til now so I have to estimate when I went through the line) didn't complete their food handlers training or they are willing to kill customers at the slightest inconvenience and may need to work somewhere more suited to their temperamental nature.
Bought my son a kids meal today, they gave him rotten apples which is really concerning and disappointing. The fries were also cold enough my son said ewe I don’t want these, keep in mind he’s 3 and is not that picky especially when it comes to McDonald’s so if he said that than clearly it was NOT good, I wish I could find an email to directly contact the owner and see what they can do to fix this, I spend a lot of money here and I’m not sure I would ever go to this location again after this. These apples are ROTTEN!
They were really great here! The play place is wonderful. The kids ran up and down and all about having so much fun. They even made friends with the other children. We used this for my daughters birthday since the park we were supposed to go to was soaking wet from the rain that day. So they saved our big day. They didn't make a big deal about me bringing our cupcake cake and hanging out for a while. The human kindness in that alone makes me choose their location over any others. Kid-friendliness: The kids had a blast! A lot of play places the kids get bored easily, not this one! Also an indoor stationary pogo stick that everyone loved and took turns on.
