Where to start- the drive through WILL take you about 15-20 min if there's already a line. About 10-15 if not. DO NOT go inside. They have taken away the ability to order at the counter and you must use kiosk. After an event I went in there on a SUNDAY and with three whining kids had the most frustrating experience just trying to order 4 meals and one was wrong. The staff is neglectful, mostly all adolescent, and rude for the most part. IF you do manage to navigate the kiosk and wait for someone to finally take your money, prepare to wait another 15 min for your food to arrive, at unwiped tables next to loiterers, junkies, and homeless people. As an adult I'm not that offended by it but it made for a VERY awkward meal conversation with my kids as to why the man was shaking and acting so strange. My honest advice? Go next do to the Wendy's. Or get back on the parkway and go to the McDonald's in homestead.

I just sat for an hour in the drive thru. First the lady that took my order over the speaker was very disrespectful. After ordering 3 meals she said “is that it” very rudely. Then when I added more she said “oh my god.” She kept sighing over the speaker as well. At the end I asked for 3 large cokes and i said that would be all she then put one on the order and I corrected her and said that was supposed to be 3 and she very rudely said “ well you should’ve said that” i said i did say that I asked for 3 large cokes. I yes did have a big order but my family had just gotten home from a long day so my fiance decided to go get something for us all to eat since we hadn’t eaten much. The lady over the speaker also kept calling over the manager named Carol to fix the order multiple times. Even then she couldn’t even change it correctly. It was 2 double cheeseburgers and a basket of fries one of the deals they have going on and they kept putting each burger and the fry separately which obviously

It's Mcdonald's, but service was good, burgers were good. The fries ???? were really hot and crispy. Nice salting too. My first time having a basket of fries. It was nice amount, shareable and price was not bad around $ 4.59 considering you pay that for a large size. … More
