We stopped in Peppi’s for a quick bite down on the north side. It did not disappoint. The Cajun fries were perfectly crisp, not too spicy, and served with a big thing of ranch. I got the Mushroom cheese steak and my fiancé got the Big Wheeler. He loved it. Bread was fresh with lots of toppings. They have indoor seating and outside seating in a back alley. Definitely will be back.
The bread is unspeakably great I love a Pittsburgher and one of the employees has the most amazing eyes and smile ????for the ladies
Awesome sub/sandwich shop with a focus on cheese steaks. Opened in 83. Cheese steaks and fries I have had have all been excellent. I used to stop in the North Side location frequently back in the 90's. I randomly decided to stop back in this location recently and was happy I did! It has been consistently very good! I haven't tried, but salads are also available. Dine in or takeout. Neat traditional Pittsburgh place! I would recommend if you are looking for a good filling meal with a local vibe. Service has also been great at this location. Good job Peppi's!
