Incompetent blue shirt couldn’t figure out how to make plain double cheese burger and they couldn’t figure out how to read recipe to give refund and charged me for the drink they threw away before I got to drink it and insisted it was my fault. Only took an hour to get most of my money back.
Boyfriend ordered large fry and Big Mac with an extra patty. No extra patty and the fry looked like staff ate from the package before handing it out of the window.
The worst. Waited 30 minutes for food only to tell me they never got my order. Which is wrong because it was on their now serving screen and I paid for it. Thought going in the store instead of drive thru would be better...I was wrong. They're just bad all the way around
