Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We just ordered lunch to go from South Hills Red Robin and from the first minute to finishing the last fries everything was absolutely delicious & perfect. We called to order and the lady that took our order couldn’t have been any nicer if she tried and she got the order 100% correct. The food was on time as I had a particular time I was picking it up, the food was amazing, the burgers were cooked perfect and all the sides were perfect. The fries were not greasy but they were tender, crispy at the same time. I know this is just hamburgers and fries but when people exceed your expectations on something you may consider simple in my opinion I think that’s fantastic. We ordered gourmet hamburgers (Monster burger & Black & Blue burger) which I absolutely without a doubt recommend. I was also given a $7 discount due to my points which if you don’t sign up for their rewards, make sure you do it because you can get free sides and other free stuff just for being a customer! This is our favorite family restaurant. It's so close to where we live, the prices are affordable, the kuds enjoy it and the service has always been great, which is saying a lot because we've been there a LOT.

10/19/23 I had a mobile pickup order at this location. I have ordered many times in the past and have never experienced anything this bad before. I have a gluten allergy and ordered two burgers. One was for my partner the other was a gluten free one. As soon as we picked up our order it was completely messed up. I paid extra for a gluten free bun and they gave me a lettuce wrap. My partners burger was requested to have sauce and toppings on the side and they were on his. We had them remake the order and when they gave us it back we quickly looked at it and it seemed to be fine. Once we got home and actually unwrapped the food both of our burgers had Swiss cheese on them which we did not order as we both have dairy issues too! Couldn’t tell if my bun was actually gluten free as both burger buns looked the same and as soon as I ate my food I started breaking out in hives. So I’m assuming it wasn’t. They also used to label my meal GF all the time and they didn’t do that this time. Extreme
