I get places are short staffed but the afternoon management is lacking more than a few brain cells. Spent 10 min waiting at the menu while they took multiple orders in the other drive through line. Had to pull to the window to order. Then they proceeded to f up my order and after I told them their mistake; they say thats going to be another 3.29. They ask me to pull into the parking lot while they still have my card... how about NO! Promote one of your high school employees because you current management is braindead. 30 min later I'm not loving it...

Stood in the front waiting to pick up an order over 37minutes. Employees kept walking past the front cash registers and completely ignoring me. Would not recommend this McDonald’s at all. They don’t even acknowledge your here. Go to a different one !! White horse road one at least acknowledges your there same with Simpsonville. This is ridiculous if I could give a lower rating then 1 star I would. On top of being ignored when I finally got the order everything was wrong !
