Asked for my fries and my hamburger to be hot. Shared with the manager that typically it is not and this time I really wanted it to be. Still I got lukewarm hamburger and floppy fries. Told the manager and asked what does it take to get hot food and she said you have to ask and then be prepared to wait. And I was like well I thought I did ask when I ordered. Told her she did not have good customer service and she proceeded to bark at me and I just walked away to finish my mediocre meal. It's fast food no expectations.. obviously
Good location, I love the set up of the dining area. It's a pretty large area as well. And the staff was pretty nice. We didn't interact much with them. I did ask for 2 ranch ND 2 sweet and sour. Got one of each. That was kinda stupid. But other than that, great location.
The staff is pretty good and quick in getting the orders out. Very clean place as well. Felt relaxing.
