Einstein Bros. Bagels

If I could I would give a 0. Avoid this location at all costs, it doesn't hold up to the standards of any other Einsteins location. Today we had another horrible experience with this location. Today for the 3rd time in the past 3 times I have come to this location our order was wrong, and our bagels were over cooked. Since this was the 3rd time I figured I would call to make the manager aware and hopefully get the dozen of bagels I asked for. I called and spoke to Jamie who claimed to be the manager of the store, I sure hope she was lying because she hung up on me, a long time customer. I started the call by asking for a manager. She said "yeah that's me, what do you want" I proceeded to explain to her this is the 3 time in the last 3 times I have been there that our bagel order was wrong, and because of my grandmas health conditions she can't eat other bagels. Jamie proceeded to tell me "we must have ordered the wrong bagels" I explained to her there is no way that happened due to the

I go here every Sunday morning to buy brunch box. They always very kind to me. Bagel is warm and very delicious!

Food and drinks are always awesome.. however having the staff not knowing how to operate the cashier is very frustrating.. I was overcharged clearly for an item on the menu but they have no clue how to get it right on the system... so its the system fault and it comes out of my pocket... very bad service technique... Manager has no idea how to override the system.. so why have a manager.. ? This review is for the poor management team that allows for this to happen and have staff working there with no training..
