Einstein Bros. Bagels

Lack of continuity between Einstein bagels, and the app I guess they don’t have the app here so you place an order and it sent it to the wrong location all Einstein should have the app

Even double toasted the bagels taste raw, they put a pitiful amount of cream cheese and charge a premium price for it. My daughter wanted a blueberry muffin, which they had as an option in the glass case, but the employee said "oh we just don't have time to make those anymore". Maybe they should remove the label in the case then? The worst bagel shop I have ever been to. Do yourself a favor and buy bagels and cream cheese from the grocery store--the quality will be a million times better for a fraction of the price. (Or go to Hot Bagels on CFHwy and 17!!)

Terrible service and men's bathroom was filthy. I usually don't write reviews, but this was an appalling experience. I ordered a crispy Chicken & Tater Breakfast bagel and vanilla latte. The chicken in my bagel was cold, and the kids running the place completely forgot to make my latte. They did make me another breakfast bagel, and got a refund for the latte I never got. To top everything off the restaurant was dirty and the bathroom was filthy with the trash overflowing and the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned for days. It was not very busy when I was there, you would think the teenage staff would have some time to clean up.
