Love our bagels !! Kids get Asiago wife gets jalapeño cheddar and I get everything bagels. We are all fans of Einstein bagels. Wish there were more locations near us as it’s a convenient place to feed to kiddos in the AM before school
I go here every Sunday morning to buy brunch box. They always very kind to me. Bagel is warm and very delicious!
Food and drinks are always awesome.. however having the staff not knowing how to operate the cashier is very frustrating.. I was overcharged clearly for an item on the menu but they have no clue how to get it right on the system... so its the system fault and it comes out of my pocket... very bad service technique... Manager has no idea how to override the system.. so why have a manager.. ? This review is for the poor management team that allows for this to happen and have staff working there with no training..
