McDonald's

The food was good, but the service was beyond horrible. On October 8th around 7 in the morning, I went to get coffee in which I ordered "2 large coffees both with 5 cream and 5 Splendas each." Somehow that became "1 large coffee with 5 cream and 5 sugars" and "1 large coffee with 5 cream 5 equals." How they managed to get this order like that is beyond comprehension. When I asked the young woman at the first window if both coffees had "5 cream and 5 Splendas" she replied yes. When I got my receipt, it was not what I asked for. When the woman at the second window tried to hand me the coffee with cream and sugar, I told her "No, that is not what I ordered," and when I tried to explain what I told the first girl, she abruptly stopped me and told me to pull over to the side "Since I had to redo your coffee." As far as I could tell, I was the only vehicle in line. Mistakes happen and that is normal, we are human. But it seems they do not hold their staff accountable for their actions.

Oro Valley, N Oracle Rd: I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the odds of my very first visit here resulting in a mess means that they probably screw up on a near consistent basis. Interactions were nice. Double 1/4 lb was ok, and fries somewhat hot, but it would've been nice if they removed the paper that separates the frozen patties before cooking. I was able to pull it off and the patties were thoroughly cooked. I'm not super picky but that's a major screw up. My first bite was NOT pleasant. Oh the presentation of the burger was complete s**t. For $13 I'll do BK next time.

Worst experience at this McDonald’s in the dining area today. There was a dysfunctional family eating when we found a table. 2 young parents with 3 young boys. The parents were lazy, verbally abusing the youngest child with cussing and they let the very young child just walk out of the McDonald’s door all by himself. The fat, overweight mom just starred and wasn’t getting up to get her child. When I said he walked out the door to her she told me to mind my own business. I told a manager who looked like he didn’t know what to do and of course did nothing. Most unpleasant experience with my child there today. Won’t be dining inside there again for sure! Maybe won’t order there at all! I am completely disgusted with Oro Valley today!
