Chipotle Mexican Grill

Was a huge chipotle fan until I kept leaving this location more disappointed than the last. This time I ordered through the app only to open my, very light, might I add, bowl to have it look like this. If I'm going to be charged $10 for a bowl, at least make it a FULL bowl. Even after folding it into a burrito, it's still half the size of a regular "chipotle burrito." Extremely disappointing once again.

I don't eat here often, but I didn't find my experience to be very great. I ate the food, but didn't necessarily enjoy it. This probably settled the debate of if I should eat at Chipotle again and I'll be staying away.

This location makes me believe in the culture of chipotle again. Super clean and the staff are very attentive. Every time I come in I am welcomed with a “welcome to chipotle!” and finish off with “did I make this perfect for you?” It makes me feel cared for and valued. Being in a restaurant business during covid was rough but this store and the people always amaze me with their kindness and upmost respect for their guest. I ordered a bowl and burrito and everything was so flavorful and great portioned. I even mentioned that I wanted more salsa on my bowl and they told me no problem they will take care of it! The people on the line are just as amazing as the quality of food. Thank you for being so thoughtful, helpful and positive:)
