McDonald's

Do not go here unless you are just wanting a diet Coke. I keep trying to give this location a chance, but it has just gone so far downhill I don't think it can ever come back. We ordered Big Mac meals, which were so cold and hard, you could actually take the buns top and bottom and knock on the dash of the car with them. How did they expect anyone to eat anything like that? The fries were horrible as well. The only thing that was decent was the diet coke. If we hadn't already got so far away on the highway I would have turned around and demanded my money back!

Went to McDonald's today to grab a few boo buckets. When we walked in, none of the kiosks we're working. Attempted to order at the counter and when the cashier started reading back our order, none of it was correct. He called over someone else to read it back to us at if we just couldn't understand him. Clearly that didn't fix the problem. I looked back and the kiosks appeared to have rebooted so I told them we would just order there. Kiosks worked, card reader didn't. The kiosk was supposed to print a receipt to pay at the counter. That didn't work either. Attempted again to order at the counter. It took a solid 10 minutes of repeating our order to get 4 happy meals and a cheeseburger meal. When we finally got our food it looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamp since the day before. There's a reason we only go to McDonald's in a pinch and this is it. Frustrating ordering, poor quality. Thought it would be fun to get a boo bucket, but even those aren't worth the hassle. Not

For 2 months this restaurant has been terrible. You raised your prices due to “inflation” and worker shortage but the service and quality is subpar. The drive through is a mess daily. I’m 100% sure no one will ever respond to this from McDonald’s. All your phone numbers at all the restaurants don’t work anymore is nobody ever answers. Step it up.
