McDonald's

We sat in line for over 30 minutes at this place (with only a few cars in the drive through) only to get to the window and find out the person taking our order got it wrong. They were rather snotty about it when I said something, but I assume that is because I'm a white dude and they aren't white. Needless to say, we just pulled out and left. Ever since this place "changed colors" I get an attitude every time I go here. So, I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. I don't need to deal with people on a mission to serve up a cold dish of reverse racism and ask me if I want fries with it.

I called bc I felt like I should had got a bigger cup for my Mcflurry they argued with me (it was unreal) then she proceeded to hang up on me. What in the world is wrong with people?

The African American manager with the accent didn’t get her name cause she walked off while still talking had an attitude with us because we asked if our cookie was in there cause they didn’t ask us about our rewards. We did tell the gentleman at the window before about the cookie and how their menu says u get a free cookie if they don’t ask about rewards and since he didn’t go tell her about it she wanted to give us attitude and be like what cookie and we had to explain to her what happened and she was like well he didn’t tell me. Well it’s not my fault their employee didn’t do his side of the job so there is no reason for her to give us attitude. I’ve dealt with this lady before and she always has an attitude. She needs an attitude adjustment or a demotion since she can’t act like a proper manager.
