Do not order GrubHub or door dash from this place. They NEVER get the order right. Everytime I am missing items. Nobody actually signs the order prepared by stickers on your bag and they will not give the option for it to be redelivered. I just miss being able to eat at the same time as the rest of my family.
Last time we get food here. Stale buns, cold burgers, rude inconsiderate employees. Even my soda was disgusting. We’ve loved here over 20 yrs and it’s never been this bad. Going to the McDonalds on Weiss Rd from now on, even thought we live less than a mile from this store. So sad!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY/HEALTH eating here????
Absolutely awful, these people mess up the simplest of orders. I NEVER leave reviews but this is the time I’ve finally had enough with this place! Forgetting entire items and sandwiches, I don’t think I’ve been given my correct drink once, forgetting the MEAT too! My little sister was given a bun with cheese and ketchup on it instead of a normal cheeseburger. Its so ridiculous it’s funny. This place is a joke and needs someone to take control.
