McDonald's

Every time I come to this location there's always a problem. If I pay for something like sauce or bacon, or toppings in my McFlurry, I expect to have it in my bag or refund the difference. The manager just now told me that they don't do refunds and they can't replace anything unless it's the same day. 2 months ago, they told me something totally different. The didn't give me a receipt and the manager refused to share his name when I called.

What can I say, McDonald's is McDonald's. You know what you expect and you know what you're getting and they did not disappoint. They did a good job on the cafe latte which most McDonald's screw up but I order extra shots and it was actually good. Parking: Plenty parking

Ordered about $20 worth of food and all the large fry's came back the size of the small. The fry's didn't even come up to the opening of the large container! Since ordering thru drive-thru and hitting the road I called to complain about them and giving them the opportunity to make it right but them just apologized and said "oh I am sorry" and remained silent. I asked them to correct selling me large fries and getting the qty of a small and they said no! As I explained we are running to an event and couldn't until the next day and he made a comment that you have to return right away. As I explained the 9/10x you eat and run because it is called "fast" food and eat on the run because you don't have time to cook. As well I could of easily dumped half off each container if I was trying to pull something off. Poor ethics and stealing from their customer base in the efforts of making more money!!!
