Yes, it's a McDonald's. The ordering machine sometimes runs out of ticket roll, so you better remember what you ordered. Otherwise, it's consistent, you know what you came here for.
You just lost a 10 year regular. I am very displeased with the manager. She is combative and accusing her customers of being liars. Get yourself together and come to work focused. Don't accuse others for your own faults. I have been coming here for more than 10 years at least 3 times a week. No more due to your manager. How disheartening when I thought I was being taken care of and treated like I am not welcome there anymore. I am the kindest person and always treated you guys with the respect. How sad is it that I have to write this.
