Caribou Coffee

This store is untrained in customer service and company policy. I had a very poor experience with the Caribou Tower Glen this morning. I ordered a Large Cold Press with No Ice, something I've ordered frequently from many other locations. When I approached the drive-through window, the woman working there said "you know when you say no ice, the glass looks a bit empty right?" and proceeded to hand me a large cold press with 1.5 - 2 inches of empty space in the cup. I told her I didn't think that was right. She informed me that "This is just how it is". I said that I have ordered this numerous times and I'm fairly certain Caribou's policy is to fill the cup. She offered to get the manager to explain it to me. At that point I informed her that I would simply purchase coffee elsewhere in the future. And I drove off so I could get to work. I checked with my friend who works for Caribou and apparently company policy is to fill the cup to within 1/4 inch of the rim when there is a request for

The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit really hit the spot, and the caramel crafted press was great too.

Drive thru is very slow I avoid this location even tho it’s the closest to me.
