In my order I had hot cocoa. Sounds kind of simple. Not supposed to have coffee for health reasons. Took one sip as I was traveling and realized that it was not hot cocoa it was a mocha kind of coffee I was not very happy. But I was on the highway by the time I realized it and was not turning around to come back. The rest of my order was satisfactory.
Went to counter to pickup order. Filled fountain drink of "Coca Cola" . Was nothing more than colored water that had a miniscule amount of cola flavoring. Went around to drive thru to see if different. Only slightly better. Intentional watering down of the drinks? Called store, turns out syrup concentrate ran out. They have done this before with the orange juice.
