Cousins Subs

Sent a note as suggested and never heard a word back. So much for being concerned with customer satisfaction. Don't suggest a way to get concerns addressed if nothing is going to be done with them. Irritating and worthless. Last time we went here it was meh...but hey everyone has a bad day. Tonight one sandwich was good - one was like it was run over by a truck - after they forgot to add some of the meat. It wasn't a staffing issues as three people were working. There were only two customers that were waiting. Took longer because they had to remake one dine-in customers sandwich after it was made wrong. So sad as we always were happy with the consistency of the food. Not so much anymore. Time to find a new place.

The food wasn't bad, but the service was. They had a pretty full crew, 6 people working that I could see, but forgot our order. Twelve people came in and placed orders at the counter after us, and all received their food before us, until I inquired about our order after waiting 32 minutes.

Very clean restaurant and speedy service despite being busy. The best part of this particular visit was Jamee, what a great lady. Very friendly and efficient. Thumbs up today !!!
