McDonald's

This rating is for the morning/early afternoon staff. I'm not sure if they hired a new morning crew (which I believe they have), but in the last 2 months or so I noticed different employees at both windows (pay and pick up). They are fantastic and INCREDIBLY fast. Always polite and get the order right. I really appreciate it. It is so hard to find good staff at McDonald's these days so I really want to commend them. The night/overnight shift though is a different story... like other comments I too have been told they are out of food, coffee, ice cream, etc... Doesn't make any sense. But I am thankful for the morning crew! They are definitely doing it right!!!

Was coming here almost daily for lunch. Made my order as I usually do on the app. Checked in while passing QT as I usually do. Walk up to door, locked. “Closed til 4 short staffed.” Yesterday they seemed over staffed. Also isn’t that what the self service kiosks are for? Do they think they have to babysit me while I eat my lunch? No it’s all laziness, have called 15 times now and they refuse to answer the phone. I also sat in the parking lot for at least 10 minutes. They had the order in there. Small 3 dollar order. Didn’t even try to bring it out or any kind of interaction. Shame

I enjoyed a really great breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and coffee. It was served quick and hot. I was further impressed by the quantity and quality of the meal. The eggs were fresh and not dried out, and the coffee was strong and fresh. I try to make it a habit to always eat breakfast at that location, as I am always happy with the service I receive there and the food served.
