McDonald's

I use build McDonald's and I can't believe they allow this one to remain open. Ordered are wrong. Always very short staffed. It is clear the franchise is abusing his staff to make extra cash. Total joke of a McDonald's. I have been there at least 15 times and is always exactly the same. Cold food, made wrong and takes 20-30 min to get

I went in, used the app ahead of time, my order took longer to mess up then it did to order. Then after I finally got my food, got back to work and then sat down to eat, I got a horrible surprise of a bite out of my chicken sandwich. I was on my lunch break when all this took place and will NEVER eat at this McDonald's AGAIN.

State: NV Comment: This was the worst experience i have ever had in my life. We had cold food, everything was the wrong order. The manager decided to call us liars as to how our food came out. She didn't give us a refund upon request. She rolled her eyes at us continually when we tried to talk about getting our order fixed or refunded. She threw our food at us and ignored us when we needed something else. Dont ever go to this location as she is the worst employee ever. Never got her name but i dont forget a face. All the employees were very unprofessoonal and had customers waiting for over 20 minutes for their food. Not one of the employees, especially the manager gave any consideration towards our order or how they treated us, which was so ridiculously bad!!!!
